Submitting a Technology Work Order

Welcome to the New Technology Assistance Request Form:

To better support your technological needs we have re-vamped our Technology Assistance Request Form.  This form is now a direct Work Order.  You will be able to keep track of your work order(s) and even make revisions to better communicate your needs.  Your Work Order will go directly to your Technology
Resource Coach and will allow us to keep track and upgrade your issue, if needed, to have a county technician come to you. You will use this form when you need assistance with anything technology related.  That includes Technology Staff Development, Computer Repair, Room Set-up concerning technology etc.

ll issues involving technology, this is your one stop shop for your technology requests. 

Please review the instructions below to better understand how to use this newly implemented system.

**Please Note:  You must be in our network (at school) to submit a Technology Work Order.

***Please Note:  You must have "Pop-Up Blocker" turned off to submit a Technology Work Order.

Directions for logging-in and completing your work order request:

You will need to utilize your Office 365 email and Password to enter the system: 


Once logged injust fill in the four fields.  Please be as descriptive as possible.  Once finished make sure to click the "Create Ticket" button at the bottom.
