HVAC SERVICES

The Jefferson County Board of Education invites qualified firms to submit a bid to provide all labor, services for preventive maintenance, and repair for HVAC systems for Jefferson County Schools (including the Transportation and Operations Facility, Maintenance Department, and Board of Education office building) for the remainder of  2019-20 through 2020-21 school years.  

All work shall be in accordance with the plans provided by the Jefferson County Maintenance Department and the Invitation to Bid.  To obtain a bid package contact Brandan Caton, Coordinator of Maintenance and Facilities Planning, Maintenance Department, 201 W. North Street, Charles Town, WV 25414 at 304-725-5711.  Bids are to be submitted to Brandan Caton, no later than noon on August 23th, 2019.

The Jefferson County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.

The following items are required to be submitted in sealed envelope in order for the bid to be considered complete:
Completed and signed Vendor Information Packet
Bid for outlined Scope and Sequence of work
