Request for Bids


The Jefferson County Board of Education invites qualified firms to submit a bid to provide copiers and maintenance for a term of five years under a fair market value lease for all Jefferson County Schools locations as listed in the specifications.

To obtain the Request for Proposals which include specifications contact Joyce White, Deputy Superintendent for Operations, Jefferson County Board of Education, 110 Mordington Avenue, Charles Town, WV 25414 at 304-728-9265. Bids are to be submitted to Joyce White no later than 2 p.m. on January 8, 2021.

The Jefferson County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
