Information on the H1N1 Flu and Vaccine

H1N1 vaccines will be given at JHS on Friday, Dec. 11.

Consents are available on the Jefferson County Schools website or at JHS. Completed consent forms can be returned to the school until Dec. 8.

All day Rumsey students will be returning to JHS early on that day to receive the vaccine.

Students will be given a card with their appointment time. The card will serve as their pass to be released from class.

A photo ID (school ID or driver's license/permit) will be required to receive the vaccine.

If you have signed a consent for your child to receive the vaccine, please discuss it with him/her prior to Dec. 11.
