Originally from Moundsville, WV, Mrs. Ebersole holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Social Studies--grades 1-9, a Masters Degree in Counseling and Guidance and certification in Education Administration, all from West Virginia University. During her tenure with Jefferson County Schools, she has served as a teacher, counselor, head teacher, principal, and Career Development/Testing Specialist.

Ms. Carper received her Bachelor's degree from Shepherd College and her Master of Science degree from Mountain State University. She has done post-graduate work at The College of William and Mary. Originally from Shepherdstown, WV, Ms. Carper has served as Student Affairs Counselor at Shepherd College, Instructor/Residence Life at Southern Seminary Jr. College for Women, and Family Preservation Supervisor for the Children's Home Society of West Virginia. Ms. Carper is a Licensed Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Addiction Counselor.

Mrs. Allen received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Union College, Schenectady, New Your and her Master's +45 in School Psychology from the University of Kentucky, Lexington. After 26 years as a certified and licensed psychologist for Berkeley County, Mrs. Allen has joined her colleagues in Jefferson County. As a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, Mrs. Allen is a recent entry in the Who's Who of American Educators to be published this summer, 2007.
