Upcoming Events WHS BAND 2013 Schedule Summer/Fall Schedule, Registration and Health Forms are attached below MAY 24- Graduation at Shepherd University. Report to WHS at 5pm. Pick up approx. 9:30pm 5:00pm- Report to WHS dressed in our concert attire. Whitetops, black pants, black shoes. 5:30pm- Load the equipment and board buses for ShepherdUniversity. 7:00pm- Ceremony begins. 9:30pm- Pick up at WHS. We will be taking two buses to Shepherd this year and needat least 5 parents to chaperone on the buses. We also need additional help withloading and unloading instruments. 29- Percussion Auditions 3-5pm 30- Percussion Auditions 3-5pm 30- Drum Major Auditions 3-4pm Mr. Showen- dshowen@access.k12.wv.us Mrs. Hazlett- lhazlett@access.k12.wv.us
