Mrs. Tara S. Aycock, Principal
Hi, I'm Mrs. Tara S. Aycock. I have been the Principal here at Page-Jackson Elementary school since 2005.  I am a former art teacher at Blue Ridge Elementary (93-97) and Wright Denny Intermediate (99-01).  I also enjoyed doing my student teaching here in the county in 1992-93.  In the five years before I was Principal, I was at Capon Bridge Elementary School in Hampshire County, WV as an Assistant Principal.  
 I hold a Masters degree from Shenandoah University, Winchester, VA; an Associates Degree in Graphic Design and a Bachelor's degree in PreK-Adult Art Education from Shepherd University.  
I have been married to Greg Aycock for fifteen years.  We have three children and one fat cat and live in Winchester, VA.

  • Dear PJES families,
                The start of school is just around the corner.  I am anxiously awaiting your arrival on August 22nd.  I hope you have had a fun and safe summer.  Check out our new website.  I have been adding news and information every day, so keep checking back.  I will put the class lists on the front doors by Aug. 13th. 
     
    I hope you have kept up with your reading this summer.  It's so much fun to sit in the sun and read a good book.  I did!
