The JCS Technology Resource Facilitator (TRF) team has created a webpage to assist JCS staff in making the transition to the new K12 email system. These resources are designed to assist you in getting and setting up your new K12 mail account. The resources are located on the Technology Resource Facilitators section of the JCS website, under Office 365.

In addition, there is important information on updating your email address used on other websites. For example, you will need to update your email address in WVEIS WOW. You will need to update your email information as well on other sites, such as the Staff Development Electronic Registration (ERO), SEMS, and JCS Online Pay Information. You can view a list of other sites you should update as well.

JCS Anonymous Reporting Program

The Jefferson County Schools Anonymous Reporting program is intended to facilitate the reporting of sensitive information to Jefferson County School District officials, including information regarding student safety, violence, drug use, or students who may be in need of assistance. Information submitted in the Anonymous Reporting form will be forwarded electronically to a predetermined list of school officials, and to local enforcement agencies if applicable.
